Use this category to request access to EFSC systems, applications, or platforms for faculty and staff. This includes permissions for Banner, Argos, OnBase, Salesforce, and other enterprise tools.
👥 Access for New or Transferred Staff
Banner & OnBase Access for New Employees and Transfers
- Initiated by Human Resources via the New Employee Training and Access system.
- Access is granted only after:
- Approval by the appropriate data custodians.
- Completion of required training.
All Other System Access for New Employees
- Must be requested via a help desk ticket.
👥 Access for Established Staff
- Can be requested via a ticket, including Banner.
- Banner access still requires data custodian approval before it can be granted.
📄 Ticket Submission Requirements
When submitting a help desk ticket, include:
- 👤 Full name and B number of the user.
- 📝 Specific system or application access being requested.
- 🔐 Level of access or role needed
- ✅ For Banner access, data custodian approval along with requested security classes or forms
Access must be requested by the employee’s manager, not the employee directly. This ensures proper authorization and alignment with institutional data governance policies.
