Shared Network Folder Assistance

Access to network folders must be requested by the employees manager and may need approval of the network folder's owner or data custodian.  

Please submit:

• B number and name of the employee 
• Employee's department
• Server Name (Example: \\datastor\ or Datastor)
• Share Name (Example: \\datastor\exampleshare or ExampleShare)
• A justification for the access requested
