Shared Calendar Request

Access to a shared calendar must be requested by the employees manager and may need approval by the calendar's owner.  

Please submit:

  • Name of the calendar
  • B number and name of the employee 
  • Employee's department
  • A justification for the access requested

If you are requesting the creation of a new shared calendar please provide the names of the employees who will have access to the calendar and a justification.
